Cindy Ha, CPA

CPA

Cindy has over seven years of accounting and financial reporting experience. She began her career in public practice, where she spent three years working with a variety of businesses while earning her CPA designation. She later transitioned into industry and now has four years of experience in corporate accounting, including two years in a management role within the real estate sector. Through Cinva Books, Cindy works with small businesses and entrepreneurs across Alberta and Canada, helping them maintain organized financial records and gain clarity in their numbers. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys golfing, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.

Valerie Kham, CPA

CPA

Valerie brings over seven years of experience in public accounting, including three years in a managerial role, assisting businesses with their financial reporting and bookkeeping needs. She has supported a wide range of businesses in the real estate and construction industries as well as medical practitioners. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong foundation in accuracy, organization, and process improvement. Valerie founded Cinva Books, alongside Cindy, to provide small and growing businesses with reliable, clear, and well-structured bookkeeping support. Her approach is detail-oriented yet practical, ensuring clients have organized records they can trust and use confidently. Outside of work, Valerie enjoys staying active through sports and spending quality time with her family.
